warm weather is around the corner, and with that, it's time for some BBQ. to get some of the best BBQ in the country, head on over to Kansas City. here are three places we recommend checking out:
Harp Barbecue - founded by a Kansas City native, he smokes and shreds a whole hog to deliver a delicious BBQ experience. with no official brick and mortar location, you'll have to head over to Crane Brewing to catch some of this BBQ.
Jones Bar-B-Q - you'll have to prepare to get some of this BBQ. this red-painted barbecue shack starts serving by 11 AM and routinely runs out by noon, but you won't disappointed if you're able to get some.
Arthur Bryant's - it is rumored that Kansas City's famed burnt ends were invented here and were given out free as a form of caramelized meat smack. to get that experience, we recommend getting some, along with the triple-meat 3 B Sandwich.

🧀🥩 - while you're guaranteed a fun experience if you go to Pat's or Geno's, if you're looking for a great cheesesteak, head on over to Steve's Prince of Steaks. we recommend heading over to the original on Bustleton Avenue and getting the Double-Meat Cheese with Whiz.
