The morning was well-spent replacing an awning for a customer, who was not only pleasant but also happy with his new Carefree of Colorado awning.

We spent a month next door to this customer but they didn’t have an issue until after they had moved to explore a new area. They contacted us for their electric water heater not working and since we were traveling in the same direction we were able to stop on our way by. The customer had done some troubleshooting so Tim and the customer jumped in and started testing. Tim identified that the 120 volt connections at the relay were loose. While there he also readjusted the 120 plug location so it was not as tight. While there Tim had a big safety find with their automatic transfer switch where two cable clamp connectors had completely fallen off and their 50-amp cable was rubbing on the sheet metal box.

We got a call from a customer with a 2014 Itasca Class A motor coach that had the breaker trip on a hot day. He was thinking his RV Park 50-amp plug was worn/defective. After arriving and inspecting the customers power cord and RV Park plug we found the cord and plug to be extremely hot and a sliver crack in the cord plug. We installed a new plug and the customer was happy.
