I think that all women should learn self-defense because women may sadly be victims of r**e or attacks. Craig is a great instructor. I wish that I would have done this years ago.

Craig puts us through a vigorous program. When I was 14, a man followed me and jumped me. He pulled my dress over my head. Now I know now how to react when something happens like this.
