Rebecca Strauss is an employment attorney in Miller Johnson’s Kalamazoo office. Ms. Strauss counsels manufacturers, health care providers, professional service providers, and other public and private employers in matters of wage and hour law, employment discrimination, disabilities and accommodation, discipline and termination, hiring, and workplace harassment. She advises a preventive approach to ensure protective policies and maintain compliant processes and procedures. When litigation becomes necessary, Rebecca represents employers in court.
