Tonight!! Doors open at 6pm. We are having tacos and shaved ice! We will have worship and jump into a study from the book of John. To wrap the night up we will have slop wars! Bring clothes you don’t mind getting messy and a towel! We know some are still worried, please know there are options during slop war to not get as messy as others. Can’t wait to see you!

This group of students spent their Spring Break serving at various community programs in our area, today we were able to take them to Six flags! What a day! We didn’t get many pictures, because a lot was happening, but here are a few!

PATIENCE

How do you feel when you see that word?
Last night we talked about how to navigate through suffering with patience & the right perspective.

If you missed last night, take these two truths with you throughout the rest of your week.
1. Suffering is temporary. The suffering we are experiencing right now is temporary compared to eternity in Heaven.
2. Your suffering is NOT without purpose. Jesus is with you and walking with you. Because He is with you through the storm, good will come.

Last night was awesome! We got to celebrate our solo senior, eat some wings, worship together, and study the Bible.

We took a step back from our study in James this week and Pastor Sean taught on the 3 keys to victory. As we are all entering new seasons in our life it is important to remember who we are according to God, to know and execute the game-plan God has for us, and to forget the past and strive forward!

Last night we had the opportunity in our study through James to learn the differences between false wisdom (from the world) and true wisdom (From God). Where they come from, what they look like, and what they produce in our lives.
