New coffee shop in Northlake off to a hot start - Cross Timbers Gazette | Southern Denton County | Flower Mound | News Northlake residents have a new place to get a morning brew, but it might be bit hard to actually get a taste. Function Coffee Co. opened its doors along FM 407 in Northlake and has started off so hot, the shop has sold out of all its prepped coffee this week. âYâall⌠Youâve sold us [âŚ]
We were open 6 days this week/40 hours of service total. Thatâs a wrap for grand opening!
This team knocked out:
3,422 Drinks â¨338 Pastries
832 breakfast tacosâ¨â¨The team crushed. Iâm SO proud of these baristas. They are extraordinary ladies.â¨â¨AndâNone of this would be possible. Even SLIGHTLY feasible without this community.â¨You have shown up in ways Devin and I didnât know possible. Genuinely. In any town, any city, any space. â¨â¨There is a SOUL to this city and we felt it so deeply this week.â¨â¨Did we mess up a little? Of course.â¨Did we get some 1 star reviews? It happens.â¨â¨If you donât make mistakes you donât grow. And if you donât grow, whatâs the point?â¨â¨That said we also got an onslaught of 5 star, direct messages, social shares, friends made, new faces, old faces, everything. The positivity was contagious.â¨

We need to restock like CRAZY.
Well be closed 5/23-5/25. Weâre taking Saturday, Sunday and Monday to get a little ahead of the game again in order to continue to serve this amazing community!

NEW OFFICIAL HOURS As a new business brick and mortar we thought weâd be able to keep up with the demand till 4 each dayâbut (amazing problem to have) right NOW we just canât.
The outrageous and overwhelming support has been BEYOND. Thank you for being flexible!
So for now we are launching new hours:
M-F 6:30-2pm
Sat 8-2pm
Sun Closed/Rentable
