There are things you can do on your end to make it more likely the case will be dismissed.

When you get stopped by police. They will be asking for License, Registration, and Insurance.. we all know this. But do you know how often people don’t have those three items in order? Sometimes they don’t know where their insurance card is, or their registration. Sometimes their license is unknowing suspended for not paying a past ticket. Sometimes their tag is expired without realizing it. Sometimes the auto pay messes up on insurance and you don’t actually have insurance at the moment. You should make sure today that all those items are valid and up to date.
