Pictured below on the left is Alex Wentzell, he will be starting his senior year at Machias Memorial High School and has been involved with the culinary program at the school since his freshman year. To the right we have Nick Mallar, a 2018 graduate from Machias Memorial High School and a very involved student in the culinary program there. He received the CTE Culinary Student of the Year. Nick is heading to Eastern Maine Community College for Radiology. We are very lucky to have two young talented chefs with us! We’re proud to support our local high school’s culinary program!
