“So…. You hired a designer and now what?!” After (and maybe during) your initial consultation there will be lots of measuring and drawing! Sketches, elevations, floor plans and maybe even some Design Boards. Next, RESEARCH! Your designer will curate paint colors, furniture, finishes and accessories JUST FOR YOU! After you fall in love with the concept, the designer will search high and low for all of the items, coordinate delivery, and INSTALL all of the beautiful pieces!
My biggest advice… trust them. They have years of experience and know what they are doing! 🙂

Whew! Today was A DAY! Project: Florida Dream Home. Needed to get the floor plans drawn ASAP so the real design work can begin! Stay tuned! This is going to be one for the books!! Hopefully install next month! 😳🤞🏼😉

-run across town for a Father’s Day gift
-quick lunch with a friend
-HOURS shopping for fun install in two weeks
-also shopping for accessories for a different house
-starving, so Jimmy John’s for the win!
-communications with my assistant and contractor

WHEW! But not complaining cuz I love my job! Have a great week everyone!

Got golden oak?! There’s hope!! The pictures don’t do this refresh justice- even prettier in person! New paint, new LVP floors, new quartz countertops, new light fixtures and backsplash! Refaced and painted the cabinets, and added new hardware. Feels like a totally new home! SO REFRESHING! I wish i could put in words how good it feels to update your home. It’s not just for resale, it’s for your well-being! 😉
