It is designed specifically for moderate to severe cracked heels, thick toenails/debridement, temporary nail restoration, etc. Podoexpert is also used.

Hello everyone!

I am reopening my books to the public! I am now located at in Johnson City, Tn.

This is my new schedule. I'm almost fully booked a month and a half out for Mondays through Wednesdays. I do have limited openings in the next few weeks for those days. Saturdays are not booked yet, so I do have more availability for Saturdays!

I think you all will love the new space as we have a balcony with an amazing view. It truly is a relaxing environment, not only to relax and be nurtured, but also to work.

We also serve coffee, tea, and cucumber water. I'm excited to be able to re-open my books and get you all back in my chair.

Dear clients,

After much consideration and prayer I have made the difficult decision to leave Rooted Salon and accept a new opportunity. I want to thank everyone who has sat in my chair during the last 8 months and thank you to the ladies at Rooted for welcoming me. It’s been a pleasure getting to know and work with each of you. 

For my regulars, please be patient with me as my schedule is very limited due to other obligations at the moment. With that said, I will be reopening my books within the next 30 days once everything settles down and will reach out to reschedule you, but please be aware that the location will no longer be in Kingsport and will be in Johnson City. Booking will no longer be available through my website. This change is what I feel is best for myself and my business moving forward. 

For those clients who have gift certificates or standing appointments I will be in touch with you soon. 

Rooted is also looking for a new manicurist. For those who would like to continue services there please follow their page for updates on when they hire a new nail technician. 

I also want to address the scheduling issues and cancellations on my part. There have been a lot of things behind the scenes unrelated to work that have made it difficult to maintain the hours and schedule I was trying to uphold. This is one of the main causes for my decision. I felt it was unfair for everyone involved to continue as a nail technician at Rooted as my schedule has become more limited.

This is an involuted toenail that was becoming ingrown. Thankfully the ingrown part was only at the surface and at the free edge and I was able to correct the issue before it became a bigger problem.

She felt so much relief after her service and any pain or discomfort was gone.

Honey is a natural humectant and has antiinflammatory and antibacterial properties. Oat milk is used in skincare for moisturization and has antioxidant properties.

The Commerce Street entrance to the Market/Commerce Street Public Parking Lot is under construction.

There is access via the alleyway on the backside of the lot, indicated in yellow on the map below. This entrance should reopen in approximately 10 days.

Once the Commerce Street entrance reopens, the alleyway entrance will be redone. Total completion time for the project is 3-4 weeks.
