I explained time and time that I travel far and I'm disabled. I'm paying someone to bring me. Don't have me come here is my info if you can't do anything. Thank you. They say come. I walk in with my walker and serve pain. After driving 11/2 hours. To be told before I ever sit down. We will call you in 48 hours thanks for coming. What???$75 plus tolls. That's all they could have called me. What a bunch of liars. Iam putting in a complaint with the people's for Disabilities. And whoever else.
Had a deal from True car and texted with a person yesterday who told me I had to come in.
On my way in today (45 minute drive), I called the dealership, gave the stock number of the car and was told it was on the lot.
In the showroom I’m told they won’t have the car until April 11....
An hour and half wasted driving to and from a dishonest dealership just trying to get me in the door to try and sell me anything.
Second time this has happened, first time was about a year ago at Hudson Hyundai where the deal I was offered through mail (and confirmed when I called) wasn’t offered when I showed up at the showroom.

Initial impression - busy dealership! We had called in advance to set up an appointment with a member of the sales team and checked in. Almost immediately we were greeted by a friendly gentleman named Charles Harris, who has a bit of a country south drawl. He offered us a seat and asked what brought us in. My wife was interested in a black Palisade SUV that she had viewed online and it happened to be parked at the front of the store with several customers showing interest as we pulled up. It was one of only 2 Palisades available at this location today.
Long story short, Charles was truly fantastic and not only secured the truck for us but also got us a pretty good deal on financing as well. He was truly a pleasure to do business with and didn’t over complicate or try to pressure a sale. I would definitely recommend working with Charles if you have interest in a new Hyundai. ”
