I PURCHASED MY 2019 LEXUS ES 350 ON 06/04/2021. TO THIS DAY THE DEALERSHIP HAS NOT PROVIDED MY REGISTRATION DUE TO THEM NOT HAVING THE TITLE. I HAVE BEEN PROVIDED LITTLE INFORMATION AS TO WHAT’S GOING ON WITH THE TITLE AS WELL AS I’VE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY DON’T KNOW WHERE THE TITLE IS LOCATED. THE SALES MANAGER RICHARD THAT I SPOKE WITH HAS BEEN NO HELP TO MY CONCERNS. FROM MY UNDERSTANDING A DEALERSHIP SHOULD SELL ANYONE A CAR WITHOUT THE TITLE BEING THERE OR IN ROUTE TO BEING WITH THEM. I HAVE EVEN SPOKE TO LEXUS CORPORATE STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER ABOUT THE SITUATION BUT, I’M
ALWAYS TOLD THEY WILL TAKE A MESSAGE AND HAVE HIM CALL ME BACK. AT THIS POINT I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO THEREFORE I’M FILING A COMPLAINT IN HOPES OF YOU BEING ABLE TO HELP ME RESOLVE THIS.

They offered to buy the car back and refund my payments. They are trying to get this done under the table because they know it was illegal for them to sell me the car. Then illegal to reissue a paper tag, with a false date of sale. As well the general manager hung up on me today. He told me I would not back him into a corner. As if he has an option. I would love to make other people aware of this dealership. And the illegal practices. As well as look into their dealer license being revoked.
