Life has the most amazing twists and turns! Through my son's musical endeavors, I was able to reconnect with a wonderful lady who was the band director at my high school. She is now a director of the Tulsa Community Band - a FANTASTIC group of volunteer musicians who entertain our local community. I was very excited to be invited to capture one of their recent performances!

So many individuals came out today to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr and all that he represents despite the frigid temperatures. Peace, respect, love and opportunities for all. Tulsa was host to the 3rd largest MLK parade in the US this year. It was so cold but completely worth attending!
