Back in action:
Random brew due to busy schedule with kids sports & Halloween, plus the fact we had a bye week for our beer league hockey night….
So we did a triple batch Christmas ale…OG 1.70
Double batch Mosiac IPA OG 1.72 plus a double batch of garage beer OG 1.51 (second runnings of the mash)

6.5 lbs brisket trimings + 27.5 lbs Venison
Breakfast sausage: 25lbs
12.5 lbs Pork trimings + 12.5 Lbs venison
Snack sticks:50 lbs
25 lbs 70/30 ground beef + 25 lbs venison.
12.5 lbs spicy pepper

We kegged up a summer shandy - and while we were busy sanitizing kegs- Jeff got busy doing what he does best- killing kegs!!

Made some beer brats last night…. Actually made about 50lbs….
They turned out amazing- even the ones without beer- haha
Looking forward to the next brew night we will definitely have some good food!

2023 shandy brew night-
Triple batch of the base beer for our summer shandy plus an electric brew for a 4th.
OG-1.042
Had a first time brewer bring his 12 pack kit over with the instructions.
Aslo we opened of some home brew bottles- with all of the appropriate PPE.
Then finished the night with some loaded tots-
(Which Might have been the best part of the night-lol)
