Kylie Rackleff – Social Services Director, Monroe Manor
Kylie Rackleff, Monroe Manor’s dedicated Social Services Director, was born in Rogers, Arkansas, and grew up in Siloam Springs before moving to Oklahoma in 2007. She now proudly calls Jay, Oklahoma home. Inspired by her sister-in-law, Kylie entered the social services field in 2021 and holds a Social Service Designee Certificate, with plans to further her education in the future.
Kylie’s favorite part of her work is building relationships with residents—spending time with them, listening to their stories, and supporting their needs with compassion. Outside of work, she enjoys being with her daughter, attending her gymnastics competitions, and watching college gymnastics, especially at the University of Arkansas.
Kylie credits her mother as her greatest inspiration, describing her as one of the hardest-working women she knows. She describes herself in three words: creative, honest, and loyal. Her favorite quote, from Rosa Parks, guides her approach to both life and work:
“You must never be fearful about what you are doing when it is right.
