Our first Valentine’s Day he made me dinner, which we at with his siblings and I got him Pokémon cards and a bag of toy dinosaurs. There were less wrinkles and gray hairs but the love just keeps growing and growing. 📷 @anastasiaraephotography

I’m 32 today. I started my day with my kids just like every other day, then headed to the gym for a great workout class and a run. I had lunch with my Anne, @helloamyjoy, and I’ll be finishing my day with my boys and my favorite meal made by my favorite man. Add coffee and kitty snuggles and by and large it’s been an amazing day. Here’s to another year of health and happiness!

What is the one thing you’re most excited for on your wedding day?

Have a coffee for me this weekend because I’m going strong on my month long coffee ban but weekends are always when I want some. Anyone else do a 30-day challenge every now and then? My sister is taking an entire month of IG. I just gave up coffee.

This weather is 😍 who wants to frolic in the fog with their love... and me? Book me friends. It’s my favorite weather for love.

Seeing brides on their biggest day makes me realize just how beautiful we women are. Not only on our wedding days when we have our hair and makeup done perfectly and a permigrin on our face because we’re just so dang happy, but every day. When we wake up at 5:30 to get to the gym to stay healthy. When we turn in that big assignment at work and our pride is glowing. When we’re sleepy and tired and worn out from living a day worth living and we fall asleep on the couch. Proud to be a woman today. (Men, you beautiful too.)

Grab someone you love and give them a little swirl around the dance floor, even if the dance door is your kitchen floor. I dare you.
