FCS recieved an email from the Business Manager at one of the planet's largest Data Centers. It describes how the team of FCS Officers adapted seemlessly when on short notice, a critical operational change required movement of equipment via helicopter. We were informed that our FCS Officers showed great communication, professionalism & leadership to seemlessly ensure the project went smoothly and securely without reducing the high standard of normal security operations. We presented a problem to our senior manager as of an overflow of paperwork that would make the officer's experience sometimes overwhelming. Within two days he had built a workflow in Slack and put the automation to it for capturing the data so that our team can still provide the required data and metrics. This is a big deal for new build construction – it will change forever how we do this. Our partner teams will benefit dramatically for instant NEA/Rack Access lists updates as well. I so appreciate our officer's ownership to solve for this challenge! He completed it in a very timely manner, and with a level of quality and excellence that our leaders recognized immediately.
