First Coast Chapter of the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals This is the premier credential in the EH&S communitiy.
The CHMM credential is adminstered by the Institute of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers and accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under ANSI/ISO/IEC 17024.
Our next Meeting will be held Wednesday, November 4th from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm at Golder Associates Inc. and by Webinar. Dr. Radha Pyati, Chemistry Chair, University of North Florida, will give a technical presentation on the state of the Lower St. Johns River Basin. See the event page for more details!

Time for the 2012 Christmas Party! We are happy to invite all our members to the 2012 Joint Society Christmas Party on Thursday, December 13, at 5:30. We will be at Latitude 30 on Phillips Highway. Please come and join the fun. More than six organizations, including First Coast Chapter AHMP, are participating. This is also a Toys for Tots event, so if you can, bring an unwrapped toy. We, the U.S. Marine Corps, and some deserving children will appreciate it!

Celebration time! The First Coast Chapter celebrated its 10th year as an organization. Much thanks to guest speaker Eric Anderson from the LEPC; to all who attended, and to Ben and RS&H who hosted. Here's to another 10 years of learning, sharing and service!

Earth Day 2012! Thanks to all who participated. Our First Coast Chapter table got a lot of visitors, and gave us an opportunity to make new friends and possibly get some new members!
