Tonight 1/22, we’re dancing for a special 1.5 hour class! From 7-8:30p ~$20 at the door or $50 for all three of my upcoming classes!
Salsation is a high energy dance fitness class, no experience needed but you do have to come with an open mind and leave your ego at the door. These moves are simple and repetitive but focused more on the musicality and the lyrics of the song vs sooey cardio exercise. YOU WILL SWEAT, I just trick your mind by hiding the body functionality moves into the choreo.
You have to be at the class to experience this sensation!
