🌟🏡 Big news! I'm thrilled to announce that my buyers are officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉✨ It’s a beautiful home, and I couldn't be happier for them as they embark on this exciting journey. We were previously under contract on a different home for about 24 hours, but it just didn't feel right, so they decided to continue their search. Thank goodness they did because we found THE ONE!!! This home is gorgeous, and it fits their needs perfectly! One of the things I love about what I do is seeing my clients get excited when they find "the one." This one tugs at my heartstrings. Our Story
Born and raised in the Intracoastal area of Jacksonville. Tiffany Selby has also lived in St. Louis, MO; Orlando, FL; Las Vegas, NV; Charlotte, NC; and several different cities in Southern California. In September 2012, her beautiful daughter, London, was born and they moved back to Jacksonville to be closer to family and be in a more "family-oriented" atmosphere. Tiffany has discovered that Jacksonville continues to grow rapidly, and she is really excited about everything it has to offer including the beautiful year-round weather! The diverse arts scene and performing arts, the broad range of dining options, the beaches, and historic St. Augustine. One thing she really missed about the South while residing in CA is the mouth-watering barbecue food, here there is lots to choose!
Prior to entering Real Estate, Tiffany was in the entertainment industry for 10+ years. When she was 18, she began competing in local Hawaiian Tropic competitions and had the chance to compete in the National Competition. During this time, Tiffany was chosen to appear on Bikini Destinations TV Show, filming in various parts of Hawaii including Molokai. This is just one of the numerous experiences that she embarked on during her time in the industry and she is very fortunate for all of these adventures, as it gave her the opportunity to experience so many cultures and travel to places she would otherwise not have experienced. Tiffany has also appeared on Deal or No Deal and was a Spokesmodel for several companies including Budweiser and Suzuki.
Prior to entering in the entertainment industry, Tiffany worked as an Executive Assistant for Nationwide Insurance. She considered becoming a licensed Insurance Agent but she chose to move to St. Louis, MO and continued to compete in competitions while waitressing and attending school there.
Tiffany has 2 dogs, a yorkie named Chloe and a chihuahua named Bentley. She adopted Bentley from a shelter in CA after the loss of her beloved yorkie, Iggy. Tiffany and her daughter, London, enjoy playing fetch with them in their backyard and taking them for walks around their neighborhood.
Tiffany enjoys unwinding by reading a good book. Her favorite types are inspirational, business, and parenting. One of her favorite books is “The Success Principles” by Jack Canfield (author of Chicken Soup for the Soul). When it comes to writers, Tiffany enjoys Tony Robbins, Osho, Don Miguel Ruiz, and Dale Carnegie.
Tiffany finds the beach to be very therapeutic. She can also be seen cruising around the Town Center and the beaches. One of her goals is to buy a house on the beach so she doesn’t have to rely on her noise machine for the sound of the ocean.
