Hope lives in Jacksonville.
Through the collaboration and tireless work of many city entities, including JSO, JFRD, Jaguars, Jumbo Shrimp, Icemen, local nonprofits, and survivor leaders, new signage has been developed for all local sports venues.
We are so proud of our city for being among the first in the country to display demand-reduction signage. Thank you, Jacksonville, for your commitment to survivors of human trafficking!

Radical community is a core value at Rethreaded.
Through community, we can borrow hope when people remind us that we don't have to walk through life alone. We borrow hope through care management when someone walks alongside us as we heal. We borrow hope through meaningful work and employment when we reclaim purpose and opportunity.
When healing happens, we don't just move forward; we pave the way for others to follow.β¨
Hope is having faith in yourself. Hope is healing. Hope is believing in the light amidst the darkness. Hope lives at Rethreaded.
What does hope look like to you?

Hope continues to grow at Rethreaded. Because of the courage of the women in our program, survivors are not only rebuilding their lives, but they are also paving the way for others to follow. Sometimes we borrow hope from the women who walked before us until we can carry our own.

Founded in 2019 by donors and supporters, the Circle of Sisters came together with a purpose of standing beside Rethreaded and the women we serve.
Their support and commitment grew into something even more meaningful: the belief that hope can be borrowed.
Through their unwavering support, they remind us that when we feel despair or no hope, there is always a community ready to lend strength and compassion.β€οΈπ

Our CEO, Kristin Keen, spoke at our Purpose Conference last month and shared how we bring our purpose into our everyday roles.
At this event, surrounded by our community, we were reminded of something small, yet powerful: we are not alone.
Even in our more difficult moments, we can borrow hope from each other until we find it within ourselves. That is the true image of community. People who love you, but don't leave you.
