B&W RV Solutions is seeking an
Experienced Mobile RV Technician
Location: Jackson, TN and surrounding areas
We’re looking for an experienced RV Tech to join our team as a mobile technician. Instead of being stuck in a shop, you’ll be out on the road—going directly to customers, diagnosing issues, and getting them back to enjoying their RVs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Travel to customer sites (homes, campgrounds, storage lots, etc.) to service and repair RVs
Diagnose and repair RV systems: electrical, plumbing, A/C, furnace, appliances, slide-outs, awnings, generators, and more
Handle routine maintenance, upgrades, and extended warranty work
Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional way—explain repairs and keep them comfortable with the process
Keep your service vehicle stocked, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years RV tech experience (or solid mechanical/electrical background in a related trade)
Strong troubleshooting skills—you can work independently without a shop supervisor looking over your shoulder
Good with people—customer service matters in mobile work
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage your time well

Hello Everyone! I just wanted to take a moment for a little update. Unfortunately, Brian was involved in an unavoidable accident last night. Fortunately, everyone is okay! However, our service truck is now out of commission. I say all that to ask for a little patience as we make adjustments to get back on the road! We are hoping for minimal disruption, but there will inevitably be some. If you are waiting to hear from me regarding scheduling, please know that I am doing my best to make sure we get to everyone as quickly as we can! We are so thankful for our customers and your trust in us to take care of you!
