We have seen firsthand at Stewpot the growth in self-confidence as wonderful folks become wonderful artists! Every piece of HeARTWorks art is adorned with a spoon to remind us of the blessing of food and that we are all call

Mandalas are often used in art therapy to relieve stress and support emotional healing. With the heartbreaking news of Mike’s passing, this practice was exactly what we needed. While we grieve the loss of his kind and gentle presence in the art room, we also rejoice in the belief that he is now dancing with his Creator.

Tuesday mornings at HeARTWorks are beautifully chaotic. Projects must be completed in one sitting and love tanks must be refilled by the time class is over, so that makes for a busy couple of hours. Thank you, Mike … until …

Our artists are hard at work creating pieces that will be selling at the Red Beans & BBQ Fest THIS SATURDAY!!!
We ALSO had a wonderful discussion this morning about the spirit of giving and expecting nothing in return. One of the most loving things you can do for your neighbor is to serve them quietly and sincerely.❤️🎨

Thank you Dave for sharing your love of tie-dye with us!!
And thank you Michael Lewis for your word on looking for God in every moment. God wants to be known much more than you want to know him, so I encourage you to fix your eyes on His heart and seek out the many ways He is revealing Himself!
See yall next week!❤️🎨
