Friendly advise when budgeting for 2024. Make 3 different budgets …. I know I know, it’s more work when you are already super busy but it will be worth it so you are prepared for all instances

1. Worst case scenario budget - revenue is less than this year or less than you hoped for
2. Realistic budget - revenue is close to this year with some growth
3. Dream budget - where you would love your revenue to be for 2024.

You can always adjust your budget accordingly to how the business is doing whether it’s better or worse. 🙂

Today take a moment to remember those who lost their lives while selflessly trying to save others. 9/11 will always be a day of remembrance for me because we are a firefighting family and even though this may not have occurred close to home, it still impacts us all. ❤️

That being said I will be out of the office today and tomorrow as every year we participate in a 9/11 motorcycle memorial ride to remember the fallen with our fellow firefighters. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Today we honor and remember the 343 firefighters, 60 police officers, 8 paramedics and EMTs, 279 security officers and 2,586 civilians lost in the 9/11 attacks on our country.
