Current sentiment. So the reckless driver who managed to drive into my parked van - half a block from a 4way stop managed to do enough damage that it exceeds the amount of coverage he carries on his insurance policy. Seriously WTF! 🤬🤬🤬

10 months post injury. 9 months post patella tendon/ menisci repair. 5 months post ACLr/LET. 4 months on crutches. 5 courses of antibiotics. 112 PT appointments. Roughly 280 days in the gym. ~75 miles shuffling in a straight line Nordic skiing. Closing in on 900miles riding a bike to nowhere while staring at a wall. 4 degrees hyperextension, 155 degrees flexion. 10 more days until I have my next appointment with my surgeon. I really want to be at 70% LSI because it’s only 98 days until Unbound.
