Meet Nic, First Due's dispatcher!

Nic has been with The Due for almost 5 years, starting out in the trucks as a mover and driver, and then transitioning to our office a year later. He filled our Customer Service role before tackling the ever-challenging dispatcher position. He's also one of the main points of contact for all of our delivery partners and On Demand service!

Nic is a Washington State University graduate, with a BA in Criminology/Criminal Justice, minoring in Sociology.

Outside of the office, you can catch Nic at many of the Mariners games, or following his favorite hockey/football teams and UFC fighters.

Mali, our 6-year-old sleepy security guard, has been with us for over 3 years, keeping watch over the back of the house (between naps, that is). Her other favorite activities include walks and treats - and yes, treats are absolutely an activity!

Van first joined our team as a mover and then driver, and has been an estimator in our office for the past six years. You can also catch him representing our company at speaking engagements for local retirement communities. Bringing a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and personability, Van is a customer favorite and comes highly requested!

Meet Steve, an estimator at First Due!

Steve just celebrated his 10-year anniversary at the Due last August! Beginning his career at FDM as a mover and then driver, Steve has been in just about every position within our company. He joined our office team as our dispatcher for three years, and just recently transitioned to an estimator position, where he’s able to charm his customers with his friendly and gregarious personality.

Away from the office, Steve enjoys baseball, running and hiking, and attending live music events. When asked if there was anything Steve would like to add, he said, “I love my Grandma.” So, shoutout to Steve’s grandma!

Ren, our 3.5-year-old professional vacuum cleaner and garbage rummager, has been with First Due for two years. She takes her position very seriously and leaves no yogurt cup or food wrapper untouched. While not on garbage duty in the office, you can find Ren chasing squirrels around her yard, playing with her kitty brother, eating treats, and snoozing.
