At Art Ford’s Service Station, LLC, it has been our families’ sincere honor and great pleasure to have been trusted to serve your families and the greater Islip area for nearly 60 years. It is with heavy hearts that we announce that we will be closing our doors at the end of October 2021. We take with us a sense of pride in a job well done and memories reminding us that we are all family at heart.

It is our understanding the new owner will continue to operate as an auto repair facility using the same phone number.

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our father Arthur Ford. The founder of the family business and father of three lived to the age of 82. The services are as follows:
Wake at Walsh’s Funeral Home, 60 Carleton Ave, Central Islip on Sunday February 16th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. John of God, 84 Carleton Ave on Monday February 17th at 10am.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our great friend Rich Sarnicola. On Sunday morning (3/3/13), Rich suffered a massive heart attack and passed away…just shy of his 63rd birthday. He will be missed by many. May you rest in peace.
