Forte Construction Corp.

For the fourth consecutive year, Forte has proudly partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Long Island, an independently operated affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, dedicated to building safe and affordable homes for deserving families on Long Island. This year, Forte participated in the construction of a new home in Brentwood, Long Island, for a lovely family of four.

The new 1,600-square-foot Brentwood home is particularly special as it marks Habitat Long Island's first 3D-printed home on Long Island. This innovative project was made possible through the nonprofit's collaboration with SQ4D, a Long Island-based 3D home printing company. Utilizing their Max Autonomous Robotic Construction System (ARCS), SQ4D helped construct the building onsite, showcasing the future of homebuilding.

A dedicated team of 13 Forte employees and family members volunteered for a day of contributions, including caulking, painting, aluminum work, and the installation of window boxes. Forte's Vice President Jeffrey R. Cardillo, a master electrician by trade, assisted in the preparation of the home's electrical closet installation!

Thank you to everyone who participated and dedicated their time to support this amazing cause. Your efforts have truly made a difference in the progression of this home!

We were honored to support the St. Jude Children’s Hospital Spirit of Hope event this year. It was an inspiring evening dedicated to a wonderful cause. We’re incredibly proud to have played a role in putting it together.

A huge shoutout to our amazing volunteers - Kristina Ifkovits, Elif Chavez, Carlos Lopez, and Mei Lyn Stout - who, in their second year as Spirit of Hope volunteers, generously donated their time to help out. Their commitment to this amazing cause is much appreciated!

This year’s team-building activity was at the paintball fields! It was a fantastic day filled with teamwork, strategy, and a lot of fun.

From the start, everyone jumped into the action with enthusiasm. It was great to see how well we all worked together, forming strategies and supporting each other on the field. The event truly showcased our ability to collaborate and enjoy each other’s company outside of the office.

Today marks the 34th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990!

The ADA has been a cornerstone in advancing accessibility and inclusion since its enactment. At Forte Construction, we are proud to be a part of this vital mission. From renewed accessible paths of travel to the rehabilitation/installation of escalators and elevators, and everything in between, enhancing accessibility is our 'Forte'.

While great progress has been made since the ADA's inception, there's still more to achieve. We look forward to continuing our efforts to make New York an even more accessible and inclusive city!
