Ryan you better watch out!! Gavin’s wally count is catching up to yours.

NHRA D7 at Irwindale, Feb 5, 2023--Former D7 series champ Gavin Rodriguez picked up the race #2 win in the 13-14 class.

It’s hard racing your friends in the finals. Jake is such a great competitor and friend.

NHRA D7 at Irwindale, Feb 5, 2023--Gavin Rodriguez defeated Jake Hodges in the 13-14-year-old final. Both are former D7 JDRL champions.

Such an amazing feeling and a great way to start off the racing season. Gavin is bringing home a Wally.

We had an awesome time racing this weekend. Two races wrapped up into one day. So proud of Gavin and his determination. Gavin made it to 3rd round on race 1. He lost to an awesome competitor Kade in the finals on race 2. We didn’t come home with a Wally but we came home with memories.

Gavin was presented with his Wally for winning the Division 7 Series at Wild Horse in Phoenix over the weekend. We still couldn’t be more proud of what he accomplished last year. Can’t wait to see where this year is going to take him.

Getting excited for the season opener next weekend in Phoenix . Can’t wait to see some amazing racing family and friends .

What did you do on Saturday? We spent the day at Phelan family Phun Day’s Car show. Gavin won a trophy for the race car. Also found a couple potential sponsors.
