A few simple thermostat settings can help keep your apartment comfortable while
reducing excess humidity and unnecessary strain on your HVAC system.
✔️Keep your fan set to AUTO
✔️ Avoid turning your AC completely OFF
✔️If you’re away, simply raise the temperature instead
If your AC isn’t performing as expected, please let our maintenance team know through the
resident portal.
