My prized monstera is thriving and almost three years old!
She gets fertilizer once a month and direct sun about 1 hour per day. My living room gets tons of light in general. Proud plant daddy!

Should I put it on a pole? Does it need more light? I filled the bowl with water after Christmas - does it need more already?

Why can’t I just have pretty plants like everyone else?

For the first time in a long time I'm at a loss
Hello, kind folks of reddit... I have this peace lily whom is giving me no peace. By that I mean she keeps getting thirsty as all hell which I find strange. I water her as of right now on average every 3 days, previously she had been watered every week. So the logical part of my brain went "okay, not that long ago since I repotted her, but it's been 6 months maybe she's just really rootbound" NOPE. She gets a decent amount of light from a growlight however it's not like she's in the hottest window or anything, in fact she's sitting decently dark in comparison to my other plants so I have no idea why she's so thirsty. I checked the roots, no root rot, no rootboundedness, the soil retains moisture quite well, this is the soil mix I use for generally speaking thirstier plants like peacelilies... She also doesn't have any pests. I'm genuinely at a loss, do I just have a very thirsty and dramatic peacelily?? She doesn't get a whole lot of fertilizer either, only very occasionally about every 3-4 momths when I start to notice yellowing leaves (no changes in water routine, I only water when she droops, so not due to over or underwatering) thanks in advance!

I love my prayer plant, but does anyone know why it's growing sideways? Is there a way to repot it so it will grow up rather than out? I'm running out of room!!

My succ got an ant infestation from sitting on the window (that’s why there’s white powder it’s diatomaceous earth), so I had taken it outside. I was ridding his friends and allowing them to exit so I left him out there. Problem is I forgot to bring him back inside and now my boy is laid down. I’ve had it and others for a long time so the watering and care has been fine. My only issue hwas leaving it out in the cold How dead is he? Can I save him? Am I trash?
