Update on Ukraine Relief:
We have raised $2100 of the $5000 that is our goal. This is enough to begin the work needed. Here is an update from the McCauley's:
The situation is charging week by week. Over 300,000 refugees have transited via Slovakia. Some stay but many transit to other countries where family are or where the support is more. So currently we will prepare some accommodation as a temporary changing station. We would offer temporary accommodation and work with Ukrainian pastors located in the area. We need to kit out one room, shower and toilet area. This should be quite straight forward I think we should ready by the end of April. We are still planning for the long term accommodation. However the immediate need is temporarily accommodation. We are so thankful for your help and support.

Aaron and Marta McCauley will be making an entire floor of their home available for Ukrainian refugees. They are a part of the Patria Ministries family and live in Budmerice, Slovakia (approximately 300 miles from the Ukrainian border). We want to raise $5000 for the initial project costs to renovate the space with a private entrance to the 3rd floor that will be used by the refugees. Dear Patria Family ~ We just received word from Elisa French that Michael was hunting today, and he fell out of a tree - The following is from Elisa: "Hey Guys - 'Just wanted to let you know first of all that God is good. Michael is good, but he fell out of a tree stand while hunting today. He fell about 12 feet, and he was in excruciating pain. He drove himself to the ER. I met him there. We just heard back from his CT scan, and he has 2 broken vertebrae. Thank God they are compression fractures and hopefully won't require surgery. They don't put people with broken backs in braces anymore - they actually send you home. So, if his pain is manageable, they will allow him to go home tonight or tomorrow.
