Another client success story—back in February I started working with Tim, a sophomore at Gray Collegiate Academy, who was topping out at 84 in our first bullpen together. Today he hit 88 and was consistently sitting 85–87 with much more to come.
If you’re struggling with sequencing or simply trying to get a cleaner arm path- this is a great drill that can be done during plyos or catch play (or both). This drill is called the figure 8 rocker drill.

In my opinion, no load= no party.
The best pitchers in the game all load their back hip differently, but have one thing in common- they are putting force into the ground.
Force= mass x acceleration
If we are trying to produce as much force as possible- we have to have mass underneath us to be able to accelerate as fast as possible. If we try to accelerate with no mass underneath us- we can’t accelerate as fast, which is what a tall and fall delivery looks like.
