We’re looking for a reliable, experienced maintenance contractor to help with repairs for rental properties in the Iowa City area.

🕒 Flexible, sporadic hours (approx. 5–30 hrs/week)
💼 1099 / self-employed position

> Experience with plumbing, light electrical, painting, drywall, and general repairs

> Reliable vehicle 🚗, valid driver’s license & smartphone 📱

> Comfortable using apps & software for work orders

> Honest, dependable, and able to work independently

> Clear, quick communication via text, phone, and software 📞💬

> Good customer service skills

> Must pass a background check
