🌟 Welcome Bianca Leewright to the Terra Products Team! 🌟

We are thrilled to introduce Bianca Leewright as our new Supply Chain Manager at Terra Products! 🎉 Bianca will be a vital part of our team, collaborating closely with our sales teams, scheduling feed deliveries, working directly with our valued customers to take their orders, spearheading e-commerce fulfillment, and much more.

Bianca recently graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in business management. During her time at U of I, she developed a keen interest in agriculture, leading her to pursue additional coursework in Ag Science at Kirkwood Community College. She proudly completed both degrees in May.

Her hands-on experience as a Farm Technician at Kirkwood, where she fed cattle, managed pig chores, and assisted with harvest, combined with her significant role at a 5,000 head feedlot operation in Dallas Center, Iowa, has equipped her with invaluable skills and insights.

Bianca is eager to connect with our customers and dive deeper into their operations. Join us in giving her a warm welcome and wishing her success in her new role! 🌾🚜

Today marks a milestone that we're incredibly proud of: 10 years in business!

We are deeply thankful to our loyal customers for their steadfast support and to our dedicated employees for their hard work and commitment. We can't express how grateful we are for all of the relationships that have been built since April 1, 2014. Here's to a decade of growth and success, and to many more years ahead!

Our 2024 Terra Winter Summit was a special one. Not only did we have perfect weather (the first time in our Summit's history 😆), but we were able to celebrate our 10th year in business with friends and colleagues.

Our keynote speakers provided thought provoking information, and our one-man band helped round out the night with a bang!

With his kindness, humor, and dedication, Akwasi has made an unforgettable impact on our team. His dry wit never fails to bring smiles, and his unwavering loyalty makes him a reliable and supportive coworker. Akwasi's willingness to help customers goes above and beyond, leaving a lasting impression on all. Whether we’re sending a grain truck to a farm or a van trailer to pick up a load of seed, it’s not uncommon to hear the customer say, “I hope you’re sending Akwasi, we love that guy!”

In the fast-paced world of today, Akwasi stands out as a beacon of positivity and kindness. I think he was a little sad to hear that we aren’t shooting a swimsuit calendar, but he still struck the pose. Thank you, Akwasi, for all that you do!

The man, the myth, the legend - Richard Droll.

Rich wears many hats at Terra Products. His primary role is Grain Operations Manager, but he also handles our company's safety plans & things like DOT compliance. More importantly, Rich is a friend to everybody. He is always willing to help customers and fellow employees with anything they need. Rich always has a smile on his face, and he has truly helped us build the type of culture we want at Terra Products.

After some quick number crunching, we can confidentially say that Rich has EASILY handled over 100 MILLION BUSHELS of corn and soybeans in his career!
