Happy Sunday Everyone! I’m a new member that will hopefully get to start when gyms open back up. I decided hit a workout today in honor of tomorrow being “May The Fourth!” Here is the workout and my video of my second round. It was a burner, but felt really good after it was all over. Hit it hard today no matter what you are doing! Can’t wait to get back to Crossfit and get to meet everyone.

And all it takes is 5-10 minutes before and/or after class to prevent muscle soreness and increase flexibility.⁠

Before class:⁠

Start with 3-5 minutes with our @therabody theraguns and wave rollers, spending just 10-15 seconds on each muscle group to activate and "wake up" your muscles. Then, spend 3-5 minutes doing dynamic (moving) stretches, like walking RDL's or inch worms.⁠

After class:⁠

Spend 3-5 minutes with our @therabody theraguns and wave rollers, spending 30-60 seconds massaging each muscle group to relax them post-workout. Then, spend 3-5 minutes in static (non-moving) stretches, like pigeon pose or QL stretch.⁠
