what items do you not take thanks

hello. i just wanted to let you know i was treated SO poorly there a few weeks back (on saturday Oct. 29th - around 2pm) that i haven't wanted to come back because i really don't feel comfortable in there anymore. I have been shopping there for YEARS and most everyone who works there knows me and is very welcoming and nice. However, that day, a manager i am not familiar with was extremely RUDE to me when i tried to purchase my items. I had the VIP card and she seemed very annoyed by that and wouldn't give it back to me and then tried to cut it up with a scissors! when i intervened and told her you can't cut up my card she then threw my card on the floor and turned away. So, you can see why i haven't wanted to come back. I don't think anyone should be treated this way!
