We're excited to share some awesome drone footage for our latest North Liberty, Iowa project! Despite damp conditions, we're off to a great start at North Liberty City Hall. Cedar Valley Steel Inc. is currently on site completing the steelwork, and we want to acknowledge their hard work and dedication to the project.
We also want to acknowledge and express our appreciation for the other subcontractors who have contributed to our project thus far. In addition to Cedar Valley steel, we'd like to recognize the hard work and professionalism in of Peterson Contractors, Inc., Bowker Pinnacle Mechanical Premier Electrical Services, Freeman Construction, Foundations Unlimited,and Precision Drywall Inc. Their expertise and dedication have been instrumental in the progress we've made so far.
Additionally, we would like to thank the architects at Shive-Hattery for their excellent design work. Their contributions have been valuable to the project's progress. We can't wait to see the finished product in 2024. Stay tuned for more updates and progress reports!

Check out this incredible drone footage of the latest project we're working on for the City of North Liberty, their City Hall! Despite the damp conditions, we're off to a great start with Cedar Valley Steel Inc. onsite doing the steel work. A big shout-out to them for their hard work! The project is set to be completed by Q2 of 2024 and we couldn't be more excited to see the final result. Special thanks to the talented architects at Shive-Hattery for bringing this vision to life. Yesterday was the groundbreaking for North Liberty, Iowa's new City Hall! Here at City Construction, we are so glad to have partnered with Shive-Hattery in designing and executing this gorgeous project. The new City Hall's design shows the importance of community with ample public space and a plaza for all to enjoy. We cannot wait to share more updates as we go along in this process!

Throw Back Thursday to our 1st ever project! This first construction job for City was back in 2005. We added a beautiful gym addition to Coralville Central Elementary. It is nice to see where you started, but we are looking forward to so much more in the future!

This , we have been reminiscing some of our completed projects, including this one at Kirkwood Center for Lifelong Learning.
