To our FXB family, Stevenโ€™s shoulder reconstruction surgery went well today. His surgeon was happy. His rotator is fixed and the bicep has been fully attached. The surgeon said he really did a number on his bicep. For those of you who do know Steve, Iโ€™m thinking his nickname should now be The Shredder instead of The Machine! Anyway, thanks to everyone for the well wishes, prayers and offers for helping out during recovery! It is so appreciated and we canโ€™t imagine not having all our fabulous ICFXB friends in our lives. Great caring friends for sure! Thanks everyone! Steve will be back!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

I need to take this opportunity to thank some kind soul at FXB. My sons are grown so stepping on a Lego is a pleasure I no longer get to experience. Thanks to whomever you are, the clear top from your deodorant that you left on the floor in the shower has once again reintroduced this pleasure to my existence. Thanks to Barron Swenning and Mary Cox I can still do the one legged Lego dance with gusto. Sorry if the Lego song offended anyone, it can get pretty rank at times.

Today we are introducing Timed-Density counts. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

- Timed routine consisting of 14-15 minute sets with 4-6 exercises in each set.
- The goal: push to the point where itโ€™s impossible to complete the full 10 reps by the last time through the set.
- All 10 repetitions in final sets should not be completed due to muscle exhaustion.
- Start most exercises with two band colors higher than you would normally use in classic sets. Be prepared to grab more band colors starting on Tuesday. ๐ŸŸก๐ŸŸข๐Ÿ”ด๐Ÿ”ต๐ŸŸฃ
- Slight pause (squeeze) at the moment of contraction

Looking for an easy and healthy recipe to take to your NYE party? Try our guac recipe from our Farrell's cookbook! ๐Ÿฅ‘๐ŸŽ‰

Servings: 4
โ€ขโ€ข 2 avocados
โ€ขโ€ข 2-3 Roma tomatoes
โ€ขโ€ข 1 tbsp lemon juice
โ€ขโ€ข 2 tbsp onion, finely diced
โ€ขโ€ข 2 tbsp bell peppers, finely diced

1. Peel and dice avocados into large bowl. Use a fork to smash but not so that it is creamy.
2. Cut, dice, and remove seeds from tomatoes, enough to firm fruit. Gently add diced tomato to avocados.
3. Add onions and peppers to guacamole mix. Add lemon juice and mix in well.
