Need someone to talk to? Try the NAMIJC Volunteer Phone Service. This is not a professional counseling service, but it can be very reassuring to talk with someone who has been through situations similar to yours. You may not always find all three of these people at home when you call, but if you leave a message they promise to call you back as soon as they can. We ask that you please call between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. to give our volunteers time with their families.
