A productive reconstruction meeting this morning!

General Job Summary
Responsible for building and repairing commercial and residential facilities that have suffered damage from fire, water, storm, mold or any other type of property damage.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
•Construct building frameworks, including wall studs, floor joists and door frames
•Work and follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of customers
•Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, cabinetry and molding
•Framing, dry walling, painting and finish carpentry
•Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials
•Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
•Maintain proper safety protocols

Minimum Requirements
•Math skills including the ability to calculate using fractions, measure materials to be cut
•Walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, and crawl
•Detail oriented
•Ability to lift, push and pull up to 100lbs
•Willing to travel across the state
•Self-motivated, ability to get along with diverse personalities
•Ability to assume responsibility, deal effectively with problems, and exercise independent judgement when making decisions

A property had the roof taken off by a tornado and we were asked to secure the roof to prevent further damages.

Replacement of a board that had snapped due to the weight of a swing.

We got a new ride! We can now easily haul drywall and other materials. This beauty came in handy when we went to Marshalltown to tarp and board-up roofs from the tornado.

We have been really busy lately working in Ankeny and Des Moines after the flood and more recently in Marshalltown after the tornado. We would like to thank our customers who have been understanding with us in this busy time.

Square One Reconstruction

Yesterday we boarded up a business to protect it from experiencing any further damage that might happen due to the harsh winter conditions.

We work hard to make sure your business and home are secure after a disaster and we help you to rebuild.

Insulation and Drywall continues

Reconstruction continues on our fire damaged house that was a full gut, Insulation has been put in and drywall is going up, Doors and windows installed.

Paul completed a bathroom reconstruction after some mold remediation. Pictures are before, after demo, during recon and completed.

Paul officially started the reconstruction on our fire damaged house in Coralville yesterday, Framing of soffits.

I had a gentleman call me on October 5th and explain he had some water damage that affected his basement, he went on to say that he and his fiance were leaving on the 15th for their destination wedding. They had several family members returning with them on the 21st and was looking to see if we could help them so they did not return to torn up home. We worked with Servpro to make sure that were able to begin recon as soon as they were done with the demo and drying. Reconstruction was started and completed while they were in Florida, so when they return on the 21st their home was finished.

Paul and Bob recently installed a new exterior door for a customer. Pictures show after they pulled out the old door, during and completed.

Reconstruction has started on the townhouse we are working on, HVAC has been put in & new duct work. Kitchen flooring has been removed and shower from upstairs bathroom is out.

Put a fence around a fire damaged building yesterday.

Working with our partner Square One Reconstruction and we just set this fencing up to maintain safety around a structure. When disaster happens we are here to help. Give us a call. We have the materials necessary to help you maintain safety as well as integrity around a property. We got the call at 1:00 and had the fencing installed by 4:00. Great job team.
