Deceased stepsons car with his car title and got no help from the parts department.
Needed the ,key to get the car from Arizona to Iowa.. I had all the paperwork for chain of ownership with me.
The parts man said it was a General Motors policy that made it impossible to give me the key code.
What a bunch of crap.
Extremely disappointed with BILLION AUTO.
Hand sanitizer available, but not a mask to be seen on Service Crew members who physically must get in your car.
(I should have left--i think I was in shock since I had just left a place where everyone was wearing masks--now I will worry for two weeks.)
No Sales Team Member or anyone else *except* the one lone receptionist was wearing a mask.
Disrespectful. Shame on them all.

When we received no call on Friday I texted Jonny, our sales person. He said he would check on it and get back to me. He never did so I texted him again at 5:00. I was then told the car would be ready the next day.
My husband and I made plans to both drive to pick up the vehicle on Saturday at 11:30 am. I texted Jonny that morning to let him know when to expect us. He responded that sounded good. We then got a call from him around 11 saying not to come because the car wasn’t ready. I was upset and called to sales manager Mike to find out the issue. He was extremely rude and talked about how he was out $1000 because the seat was a bigger fix than they expected. That is not my problem. They should check their cars before they sell them.
He says we can come pick it up on Monday. On Monday my husband and I had to both leave work early to drive together to pick up the car and get back in time for our sons basketball game. While we were in the car on our way to Iowa City we got yet another call the the car wasn’t ready. This time they offered to deliver it, so that was at least something.
On Tuesday they called my husband to arrange drop off. He said he would be home between 3:15 and 4:00 and they said “no problem. We will be there”. 4:00 came and went and he had to leave without the car showing up. Later he got a call and they said they couldn’t find our address. Then lists off an address nowhere near our correct one. After purchasing a vehicle from them with all the paperwork, they still can’t find our correct address. He ends up coming to my husbands office to drop off the car. That night when I went to meet him to drive the car home I notice there is no temporary license tag in the window. So the next morning I contact Jonny and he said he would mail it. He did do that quickly, but seriously! Is this the first car they have ever sold? So now it is December 22, and we have already received our permanent licenses plates from the state. Guess what we still don’t have? The second set of keys promised to us. We have texted Jonny several times and left him voice mails but still no call back and no keys a month later. Bottom line, do not buy a car from Billion Auto! You will regret it.
