We provide leadership in international education and intercultural learning through services to international students and scholars, their dependents, the University, and the surrounding community. We enhance the academic, cultural, and social pursuits of our students and scholars through exceptional immigration and personal advising as well as outstanding cross-cultural programming and training.

175 years ago today the University of Iowa was born!
Happy 175th, University of Iowa! From welcoming our first international student in 1864 to sending Hawkeyes abroad as early as the 1890s, we would not be the great institution we are today without our commitment to global engagement!
