A second floor sprinkler broke and we were able to save a lot of repair by injecting hot dry air into the ceilings and wall cavities.

We cleaned a whole house recently bought by a customer. Cleaned up perfect.

Cleaned an old friends town home today to get it ready to put on the market.
I hope it make a difference when potential buyers consider their home.

I had to get creative to dry out the firewall 14 ft up. A toilet in the apartment above leaked gallons of fresh water into the shop below.
We were able to dry out the carpets above and two layers of drywall by injecting air into cavity between floors.

We got a lot of Air Time on KCJJ Radio today as we helped with a Stinky Water Situation that happened over the weekend. In their words over the air "The Butt smell is gone thanks to Robert". They must have talked about it for over 6 hrs today during the morning show.
