Trying to apply for a scholarship today and need to submit unofficial ACT report. We’ve been trying to figure out how to print one all weekend and cannot figure it out. We only can print basically the screen shot with only student first name at the top and all the different test date drop downs still showing. Can someone help?
Does anyone actually reply here? Why are majority of test sites being cancelled with little to no notice and rescheduled to sites over an hour away? With no option to pick a different test date? Sorry but the pandemic doesn’t count as an excuse at this point. I’d make sure you remain slightly relevant or standardized testing will for sure be gone in a couple of years. Horrible strategy, planning and customer service.
Why would you send out emails that scores are available when they are not on the site?
How do we get a copy of test scores? Just the regular print out that used to be mailed out would work, I think. Our high school has it but says they can’t give it to us. A scholarship at a local bank wants something printed with the score. I can’t find a way in the website to print one test score with the name and info of the person that took the test.
Have waited over an hour on 3 different dates to change a very simple error made on my personal info. Cannot get anyone to pick up.
I registered my daughter for December and it said it was $92 but then I was charged $162. Can anyone explain this? I did not order anything other than test, writing, and a copy of the test after. I have emailed ACT 2ce and get no answers and have been on hold now for 15 mins waiting for a representative.
When will super scoring be available? ACT website says Oct 2020.
Dear ACT:
I have had many issues with signing onto your site in the past week, as well as your merging of sites creating a false account. Please help! My son’s ACT scores need to be submitted to the college he is applying to by November 1st. I have currently been waiting on the phone for over 40 minutes and the stated prospective wait time was 15 minutes.
This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed!

The ACT Parent ACT Student should be ashamed that they are discriminating against children with special needs, and only responding to messages received via Facebook. My senior is needs to take this test with accommodations and it is nearly impossible to arrange. Calling the ACT phone number you get an automated message saying they cannot answer and it hangs up. You message ACT from their website and no response ever comes. You email ACT and responses are inconsistent and incomplete. I've now tried FB and get some response but it's still incomplete. State Rep Diane Grendell, State Senator John Eklund, Dave Joyce, Sherrod Brown, Rob Portman should all be aware of the practices and behavior of the ACT. The nations seniors, AND ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, are being are being marginalized and unfairly treated.
Not being able to download a PDF of an official ACT test score is wrong....this is OUR Childs information, not yours to hold onto. You just want to make money to send scores all over.
Dear ACT,
I have three students who signed up for the April 2020 test. That was canceled. So we signed up for the June Act. That was canceled so we signed up for the July ACT. Each of these required us to go in and sign up again. I have receipts from all of these changes. Each of them includes 3 to 4 recipient colleges. After the July test date was canceled ACT automatically signed my students up for the September test date. That was nice, not to have to go in and do it myself this time, however, they did not include the recipient colleges. Now we are being asked to pay to have scores sent to colleges that should have been included in the original cost. I am asking that ACT do the right thing and send scores to the colleges that were requested on the July test date. You should have included the schools when you changed the test date.

EDIT: One of the students was able to have her scores sent to her original recipients!!! Now just working on the other two.
I need help sorting out test date for my daughter's accomodations. We got an email that her test has been scheduled for Oct. But no dates or locations have been specified. I have tried calling you and contacting you via your online website with zero success.

We're here to provide parents with resources and timely info related to both the ACT test and the college admissions process.
