50 years ago, on May 10th, I met my soul mate. 2 years later, on May 23rd, we became one through marriage. So much has changed in those 48 years. Two children, Seth and Sarah. Four grandchildren, Sullivan, Summer, Silas and Bryce and an awesome daughter-in-law, Sara Bowie-Smith. Job requires knowledge of vehicle structure to estimate damage to repair vehicle to pre-accident condition. To order parts for the job, to follow up with the technician for supplements with the insurance company and to deliver the vehicle and collect payment from the customer. Prior experience is preferred. Tech school and or ICAR training is preferable. Must have good inter-relationship skills with customers and insurance adjusters. Must be able to multitask in high pressure situations. Must be able to work in all weather conditions all year round.

Fluent in Spanish is highly sought after for this position, as well.

Downtown towing begins at 2 a.m. on Fri., April 15 for street cleaning
Crews will clean winter debris from Downtown Iowa City streets overnight Friday, April 15, 2022, beginning at 2 a.m. Vehicles parked in tow-away zones will be removed.
Towing will impact Prentiss Street to Market Street, Madison Street to Gilbert Street, as well as N. Clinton Street from Market Street to Church Street. The parking in these areas are metered spots, which do not permit parking from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. Follow all posted parking signs to prevent your vehicle from being towed.
Vehicles can be moved to a Downtown Parking ramp, or to on-street parking spaces outside of the area. Be sure to follow all posted signs.
If your vehicle is towed, contact the Iowa City Police Department at 319-356-5275. Do not call 911.

We will be closed Friday, December 31st 2021, for New Years Eve.
