today SSL will be at the Cedar Rapids Farmers Market from 7:30 to 12! come check out a few new charms, add to an existing charm necklace, or create a new one! ♡

These gorgeous pink, white, and gold nautical charms are just the beginning. These, along with so many other colored nautical charms, will be available at my upcoming events this month! ☀️

First time visiting the CHARM BAR? ♡

No problem! When you arrive at the charm bar you’ll want to start by grabbing a tray- pictured in this photo! The charm tray will keep your items safe when moving around the booth. Start filling the tray with your favorite charms and chain (necklace or bracelets, or both!) The tray allows you to move charms around and put them in the “order” that you’d like. Once you find all the charms you want, head over to the checkout counter where I’ll put the charms on your piece for you! You can create the order or we can do this step together. As always, if you have any questions during your experience just ask away! 🤍

June has flown by so quickly— Summer, slow down! I can’t believe we’re almost to July!

I’ll be releasing the July schedule in the next few days. There aren’t as many markets I’ll be attending this upcoming month as I will be traveling back home to the East Coast to spend some time with my family + friends! 🫶🏼 I hate missing events but I cherish every minute I get to spend at the beach back home!

There are also still some availability for birthday parties, bachelorette/bridal showers, girls-night-ins, boutique pop-ups and more! If you’re thinking about having the charm bar at your event— reach out now! Spots for July are filling up but you still have time! 💌

THREE YEARS.

Today marks the 3-year anniversary of Shop Strawberry Lane! 🤍🎂

In 2021, as I approached college graduation, I realized my passion for jewelry making and decided to start my own business. During the pandemic, I began creating jewelry full-time while balancing my “real” job, proudly showcasing my work at markets in Virginia alongside my mom’s booth. With just 3 chain options and 2 charm styles, my dream started small but filled me with excitement.

After graduation, I moved from Virginia to Iowa, feeling like my dream was slipping away. But I didn’t give up. I continued crafting, researching, and planning, even though progress was slow. Selling a few pieces online and gifting many more, I held on to hope.
Last summer, everything changed when I got into the Iowa City Farmers Market. I was thrilled and worked tirelessly to prepare, and to my amazement, I SOLD OUT on the first day! Celebrating with friends and rushing to Michaels for more supplies, my dream reignited.

This past year has been the most transformative, filled with growth, learning, and incredible milestones. From those early days to now, I’m so proud of how far Strawberry Lane has come. Here’s to the journey ahead and all the beautiful creations yet to come!
