We are very excited to welcome Joyce Rattay to the RepuCare family as our new VP of Sales!
Joyce brings an impressive background in staffing, hospital operations, and business development. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for driving growth, developing strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. Her experience spans sales leadership, operations management, business planning, negotiation, and coaching, supported by an MBA from Western Governors University.
As RepuCare continues to expand beyond our traditional markets, Joyce will play a key role in accelerating our growth in the private sector and helping healthcare organizations access the workforce solutions they need to succeed.
Outside of work, Joyce enjoys traveling and seeing new places whenever she can. She also enjoys golf, especially when it’s part of a destination trip. As a proud Indiana Pacers season ticket holder, Joyce rarely miss a chance to cheer on the home team. When Indiana’s winter weather sets in, she looks forward to visiting her son in Phoenix for some sunshine and quality time together.
Join us in welcoming Joyce!
Today, RepuCare recognizes Juneteenth, a day that marks freedom, reflection, and the ongoing work of building a more equitable future.
As a healthcare staffing organization, we understand that stronger communities begin with access, dignity, and respect for every person.
We honor the history of this day and reaffirm our commitment to supporting communities with dignity, respect, and care.
In rural Indiana, workforce availability is more than an operational challenge. When hospitals and healthcare organizations are short-staffed, response times can slow, services can become harder to access, and patients may have to travel farther for essential care.
RepuCare helps healthcare teams strengthen their workforce with dependable staffing support, so rural communities can continue receiving the care they need, when they need it.

At RepuCare, purpose shows up in the way our team works every day.
For Stanley Vischak, Manager of Contracts and Operations Compliance, that idea connects back to one of his favorite travel experiences: visiting Japan.
While exploring Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo, Stan noticed something that stuck with him, people moved with purpose. Everyone seemed focused, intentional, and driven by where they were going.
It’s a mindset he sees reflected at RepuCare.
“Our team has a mission,” Stanley says. “We are driven. We work with purpose.”
That purpose is part of what keeps RepuCare moving forward, from the people we support to the standards we uphold behind the scenes.
Thanks, Stanley, for bringing purpose, focus, and care to the RepuCare team.
At RepuCare, recruiting is about more than matching a resume to a role. It’s about understanding the person behind the experience.
For Andrew Kramer, that perspective comes naturally. Andrew is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RepuCare and a playwright whose newest work, “Arlington, or Your Forgotten American Hero,” opens tonight at American Lives Theatre.
As a playwright and director, Andrew understands that every person has a story, and every role needs the right fit. That same mindset shapes how he approaches recruiting: listening closely, understanding each candidate’s background and goals, and helping connect them with opportunities where they can thrive.
That’s the RepuCare difference: people-first recruiting built around connection, care, and the right fit.
Congratulations, Andrew, on opening night!
Corey Jackson’s experience with RepuCare says it all: “RepuCare was able to find me a role that fit my personality as well as my skill set.”
For Corey, that role turned into a full-time opportunity that’s working out great.
But what stands out most is how supported he felt along the way. From clear communication to genuine encouragement, Corey describes RepuCare as “top tier” and says the team makes you feel like family.
At RepuCare, we don’t just connect people with healthcare roles. We help them find opportunities where they can grow, feel supported, and step confidently into what’s next.
Thank you, Corey, for sharing your story.
