No one likes being left to cook dinner alone while everyone else is in the living room or if you can’t keep an eye on the kids from the kitchen.
As part of this kitchen remodel we restructured the load bearing wall into pillars and rerouted the electrical.
Now people can sit at the framed island and the cook can be a part of it all!

We added a first floor full bath and laundry suite along with a light filled living area at the back of the house. Complete with trim details to match the historic nature of the home.

Our recent build near Brown County. Integrated into the existing covered porch this deck is engineered to support a 8-10 person hot tub.
That’s one great way to enjoy leaf season.
