I've now had two purchases with IPP, both times product was better than expected and hands down, they have my future business. this second round, I caught a mistake and had a few questions on larger order of latches and a few inserts, and Justin was beyond accommodating, answered all my questions and revised MY error for me, all while seeing that a 3rd small order of a few additional latches, got added to the 2nd order production, so that they all arrived at the same time.

highly recommend them to anyone looking for that added step towards proper tool organization and the old adage, "a place for everything, and everything in its place". keep up the excellent work IPP and I'll be back before too long Im sure.
